1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Jobsst. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jobsst website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Jobsst ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is true and accurate.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. The Service — What Jobsst Is (and Is Not)
Jobsst is an independent third-party discovery and referral platform. We help you find external platforms ("Partner Platforms") that offer flexible remote AI work-from-home opportunities — such as data labeling, prompt writing, model evaluation, audio transcription, translation, and red teaming.
Jobsst does not employ workers, host the actual work, set pay rates, or process payments. When you click a link or button on the Services that leads to a Partner Platform, you leave Jobsst and enter into a separate relationship with that Partner Platform, governed by their terms and privacy policy. All onboarding, task assignments, work, support, and payments happen on the Partner Platform you sign up with — not on Jobsst.
We do not guarantee that any specific Partner Platform will accept your application, offer you work, or maintain its current offerings, rates, or availability. Partner Platforms, opportunities, and pay can change at any time without notice.
5. User Content
If you submit content directly to Jobsst (such as messages to our support team or feedback) ("User Content"), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting User Content, you grant Jobsst a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to grant the license above. Anything you submit to a Partner Platform (work samples, completed tasks, profile information, etc.) is governed by that Partner Platform's terms, not these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Misrepresent your identity, skills, or experience.
- Upload or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
- Attempt to access another user's account or our systems without authorization.
- Interfere with the proper operation of the Services or use automated tools to scrape or extract data without our permission.
- Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Abuse, circumvent, or attempt to game our referral and affiliate tracking systems.
7. Payments — Handled by Partner Platforms
Jobsst does not receive, hold, process, or pay any compensation for work you complete. Pay rates, payout schedules, payout methods, currency, taxes, and any minimum thresholds are set and handled entirely by the Partner Platform you contract with.
Any questions or disputes about payment — including missing payments, incorrect amounts, withheld earnings, or tax forms — must be directed to the Partner Platform that engaged you. Jobsst cannot recover, issue, or adjust payments on a Partner Platform's behalf.
You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on earnings you receive from Partner Platforms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (other than User Content), are owned by Jobsst or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. Partner Platform names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Affiliate Relationship & Disclosure
Jobsst is supported by affiliate referral relationships with our Partner Platforms. When you click a link, button, or other promotional content on the Services and subsequently sign up for or use a Partner Platform, Jobsst may earn a referral fee, commission, or other compensation from that Partner Platform.
This affiliate relationship has no impact on the pay you receive for work. Partner Platform pay rates and onboarding requirements are the same whether you sign up directly with the Partner Platform or through Jobsst. You pay nothing extra for using Jobsst.
We disclose this relationship in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and similar laws in other jurisdictions. We only feature Partner Platforms we believe offer legitimate opportunities, but we do not endorse, vouch for, or guarantee any specific platform's earnings, availability, or business practices. Always read each Partner Platform's terms, privacy policy, and pay schedule before signing up.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
The Services prominently feature links, buttons, and references to Partner Platforms and other third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, opportunities, pay, safety, business practices, terms, privacy policies, or any other aspect of those third parties. Your interactions with them are at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies. Any disputes arising from a Partner Platform or other third-party service must be resolved with that party directly, not with Jobsst.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any specific opportunity, Partner Platform, or income will result from your use of the Services. Jobsst makes no representations or warranties about any Partner Platform, including its availability, pay, hiring decisions, business practices, or longevity.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobsst and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or any Partner Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Because Jobsst does not collect payment from you or pay you for work, this amount will typically be US$100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jobsst from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your interactions with any Partner Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions).
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under your local law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
